It is now two weeks since they picked up my chair and I am struggling to receive my refund. I ordered (and paid for) a second chair so that I could get the process going and not wait for them to pick up my damaged chair, ship it back to the warehouse, and then receive it before they could send another chair out. I didn't figure this out until I finally got ahold of someone to speak with. Thought I had them scheduled to pick it up and a replacement on the way but days later found out that the chair would have to be received back at the warehouse before they could send out a replacement. It took a few days and texting with several different people to make any progress. Contacting them was through text as that seemed to be the suggested process.

I contacted Office Depot to get the damaged chair returned and a replacement sent. When I received it, the box was damaged in shipping and I could see that the product inside was damaged without even opening up the box. Then a second email said it was not really available and that a manager would call me. I received an email confirmation that the order would be ready in an hour. This time I ordered a chair for curbside pick up. I've never had a good experience ordering furniture or technology online from Office.
